Its resilient action backing adds a strong back layer to your carpet making it ideal for living rooms, halls, bedrooms and more. This backing type should be fitted over an underlay and using a quality underlay can help enhance its feel with additional insulation and cushioning. With the right underlay you can even help increase your carpet’s lifespan.
